I doubt that they would use anything other than FreeBSD.

Keeping in mind the caveat that Netcraft's polling is not perfect, the vast majority of .freebsd.org sites (including www. freebsd.org) appear to be running FreeBSD.

There are a small number of (international) mirrors mixed in there that appear to be running Linux and Solaris.
