    And I am like... wtf?

    Ok so.. I got some problems! I try to get my self FreeBSD]Getting FreeBSD
    But There are like 10 selections I really don't know which one to pick :S

    There are two release versions of FreeBSD avilable on download page. Go for latest version, 8.0.
    If you have 32bit processor and less than 2GB RAM, go for i386 version. I would suggest you to check these threads.

    its a laptop I got 4 gb ram I got intel core duo processor speed 2,1 ghz or something

    since you have 4gb memory and 64-bit processor, you should go for the amd64 version

    Both of them would have helped on your selection of downloads.
