Java installation how to...
hello, i've just installed PCBSDinto 1 of my partition. I am completely new to PCBSD, it seems that even commands are different from linux distros.
Anyway, I need java installed. Which one is the best way to go: installation from PCBSD web site, if this is the case what is file's name, or java web site?
Thank You.
PS. is it possible to use source file from other BSD flavour?

java on bsd is an involved process.. for an idea of how to do it, check the freebsd handbook at http://freebsd.org/handbook
