Ive seen openbsd 3.7 through distrowatch but was not sure about what files i need ,The download mirrors did not seem to help me i did not seem to no what file was the openbsd boot disc, well i just was not to sure it seems diffrent to what im use to downloading iso dvd and cd,I'm intrested in haveing a go with this but was not sure if i should buy this 1 as is was stated before the mirrors download at your own risk.

just replace 3.4 with 3.7
if you use the snapshot files, you are running 3.8

Ok thxs for the link,But at the moment on on a windows os ,Can i get mkisofs for windows to create the iso.

doesn't Nero (or another burning tool) let you create a bootable cdrom?
I can't help you any further, I lost the touch of Windows some time ago
