is it possible to install gnome in PC-bsd...if so how?
where can i download gnome for PC-bsd

8sory but i dont have time for searching for that on the net)

A good starting point is the gnome2 metaport. Install it with pkg_add or the ports system, according to your preference.

When I was trying PC-BSD, I used pgk_add for a good portion of my software installs. I can't say about Gnome specifically since I didn't install it, but most everything else worked without a hitch.

PC-BSD is, literally, FreeBSD under the hood. So if all else fails you could install the port as mentioned.
