Question asking howto

I spotted this in an IRC conversation:

In short.. it is an EXCELENT must read.. if anyone seems to be being rude or otherwise asking quesitions wrongly (I get about 1 email question per month from a user of this forum - annoying!) It should be incorporated with one of the stickies imo.

I do agree, definatly a good read, especially for those people who are new to the "technical forums" type environment.
