Forum looks different

Personally, I like the other color scheme better. It was simple. The new one seems a little to flashy for me... almost distracting.

I'm sure adblock plus got rid of all ads before ... now I get one at the top of the page
Maybe its my setup but I get thin white horizontal lines in the comments/feedback/suggestions bar ... don't remember seeing those before ...

It's not the ad's... I got No-Script blocking most of those. And I don't really mind the sidebar.
My feeling is that the new color layout is just a little to garish.Jay

The new look of the forums is good
But did anyone notice that the "Linux Forums" link in the left site navigation panel on the home page dooes not open the forums page
this link works fine from all other pages but not from the home page

I like the new style. It looks cleaner and tidier to my eyes.
