Towards the top of the site there is a "User Control Panel" link. The page that loads when you click that link has a section on the left hand side labelled "Settings & Options". Under there you will see another link called "Edit Signature". Click that and you will be able to edit it

Strange, when i click on 'User Control Panel', I have 'Settings & Options' on left
side, but I can not click on it ??? Also I looked all options under 'Settings & Options'
and there is no option for setting signature ???

I think you have to have made a certain number of posts outside of the lounge; but I can't remember how many

elija's spot on, I think it's 100 posts. Unfortunately the signature area was a major target for spammers on the forum so that feature is only available to "established" users, to avoid people signing up and getting straight into spam.
