    Why don't you post it in our Peripherals / Hardware forum?

    Peripherals / Hardware - Linux Forums

    If it's a hardware problem, that's where it would belong. If it's a Windows issue you can post it in the Coffee Lounge, but a Windows forum would probably draw better responses.
