    Hi,

    I just saw this thread just now. I also had the same experience several weeks ago. It lasted for about two days. It was sometime middle of November this year. I checked my email since I also received an advise that somebody tried to log in my account. Actually, it was me who was trying to enter and have used all my 5 attempts.

    Quite late but here is my feedback for whatever its worth.Thank you!

    Yeah, thanks for the feedback!

    It's been more than 3 weeks since anyone has reported that they are still experiencing this issue, so hopefully we are all past it.

    just a quick update

    It's now been more than 5 weeks since anyone has reported this as a continuing problem, so I'm closing this thread as 'solved'. If any of you should encounter the issue, please don't hesitate to start a new thread with all the details.
