I don't think the folks that develop vBulletin have included an option for Google Talk in their software, just yet. I know there are one or more custom mod packages for it that could be added to the software, but I don't know if any of them will be added, and if so, when that might be. So far as I can remember, you are the only one that has ever asked about it.
