That would be perfect, Jay .... I'd do the testing myself but seeing as how I've never experienced this password issue, I'm unable to test it.

    Thanks for the offer!

Wow, this might be some good news that points in the right direction at least. Go Jay GO! Good work. I've never experienced the login issue either but I'm using Firefox to remember the passwords....I have logged out and back in numerous times without trouble though.

I have a problem with troubleshooting the issue, though...
I only have a problem, here and there, at work!

No issues anywhere else.... and I have my work computer set to remember my password with a Master Password through FireFox.

But this will be an ongoing thing for me... I even intend to do a fresh install of one of my OS's to help get this Sum***** cleared up!!!

Jay and all others, thanks for your help and input. Can you all please tell us if you are using Ad Block Plus, or any other add blockers.

On the Mac at work, or on my wife's XP machine... no add-ons whatsoever.

I've not had any issues whatsoever since last posting in this thread.
And I'm on the Mac now!

On a side note, I never actually could make the issue happen on my Linux box.

This thing gets even odder. I typed in my user name and password before the LF page loaded and got the invalid log in. I typed in my user name and password again and got logged in but not to the usual page.

I was greeted with a page asking me a missing password question!!

Cousinlucky, I'm thinking you might have simply missed-typed your password on the first attempt in this case, especially if you were in a hurry. The ads that were causing this issue have reportedly been fixed, but could you please provide a link to the page that you are saying you were directed to?

I'm not familiar with such a page on these forums, but perhaps I'm misunderstanding what you meant above regarding the redirect.

    Thanks for the feedback.
