    [SOLVED] Unable to access my account.

    hi guys,
    I'm unable to login to my account in this site.
    whenever I enter my username and password,it says that password is incorrect.
    now,if I want to login I request a password which is mailed to my account and now I'm able to login and if I want to update my password its not possible.requesting a password every time to login is a hell of a process.so,please give me a solution.
    administrators please take a look at my problem.

    All I can suggest for now is that you make sure all of your browser cache and cookies have been fully deleted and then try again. I might have found what has been causing this issue over the last few months, but won't know until we can make some changes, then test it.

    That explains why I can log in from home but not from work (XP machine there). I'll try clearing the cache at work and see what happens.

    I'd recommend clearing entire cache and all cookies just to be sure.
