I'd have thought you'd be getting them by now since you signed up for an account back in May. If you want the newsletters but are not getting them after a few more days, you might try using the Contact Us link found in the lower-left corner of this page and others to request that you be added to the list. Using that link should get your request to the proper person for seeing that you are added.
