Exclamation Is it legal to offer to pay for help?

I'm launching a nonprofit and need to some really quick help on installing a couple of packages and .htaccess help.

    I'm out of minutes.

Is it okay to ask for someone's help with the understanding that I will pay (nonprofit rates)?
