    [SOLVED] Could not post a new thread

    I always could not post a new thread bcoz the usual notification is:

    "You are only allowed to post URLs to other sites after you have made 15 posts or more."

    Please clarify as I also need to request help on a problem [Errno 256 No more mirror to try]
