    Login: Remember Me [SOLVED]

    Firefox 5. Iceape 2.0.14.

    Code:
    $ java -version
    java version "1.6.0_26"
    Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_26-b03)
    Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 20.1-b02, mixed mode, sharing)
    The remember me button has not been working since site software has changed. I figured I'd wait for a few days before bringing this up as I waited to see if anyone else was experiencing this glitch or if it was just me.

    After reading cousinluckys post in

    http://www.linuxforums.org/forum/cof...tml#post847740

    I am guessing I am not the only one. Cookies are enabled in both browsers also. Cache does not get cleared at browser shutdown also.

    Hey Roky!
    Something that Mike told me...
    If you Tab over to the 'Remember Me' box and select it with the Space Bar, it'll work.

    Hi, roky

    No, it's not just you. This was one of the first bugs reported in the admin forum but it remains to be fixed. There are also other login pages that can be used where the Remember Me checkbox works, such as the one that comes up if you try to reply to a post before you are logged in. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved soon.

    Thanks for the feedback.

    Right... several plug-ins are still broken and I'm not sure that all of them will be replaced or upgraded. I think the new software has built-in features that might replace some of the broken plug-ins, but I'm still learning about it myself.

    It is really frustrating to have to keep clicking the log in and have nothing happen for a long time!!

    I can log in but it takes a few minutes and a lot of clicks. You know I do not have any idea why it is doing that!!
