Red face [SOLVED] post howto from my blog?

    Hello everyone

I'm a project manager in my day job and a developer (mainly Ruby on Rails and now node.js) in my spare time. My latest personal project is the website hashtagify.me

I just published an how-to in my blog about setting up OpenVZ on Debian from scratch; I was wondering if I should just post the link or post the full text and the link to the original source and where exactly. Can anybody give me a hint?

    Thanks!

    Hi and welcome

This seems like the right place:
Linux Tutorials, HOWTO's & Reference Material
I would say, a (persistent) link is preferable, as you dont have to sync two places then.

However, you will need 15 posts here before you can use URLs.

    Thanks for contributing

    Thank you Irithori

I'll probably do as you said, I just wasn't sure if only a link would be ok. Of course, I'll only do that when I reach those 15 posts...

    Hello and welcome aboard!

The forum recommended by Irithori above is locked, so all howto articles should be posted in the following section of the website:

    Linux articles

You can also leave a link to your website there, along with your article.
