Something corrupted in the cache or cookies has caused me issues before, so hopefully that was it for you, too!

Post back if it starts up again.oz

Spoke too soon. It worked 4 times in a row, then wouldn't work the next 5 or 6 times.

Still working fine here, each and every time (in Firefox 9.0.1).
I wonder if one of the ads being served could somehow be causing the issue?oz

Just shut down and rebooted (should have tried this first), and first try worked fine.

I have to say that things are actually more snappy for me tonight than usual, and not a single problem with any pages loading. Note: this post is meant more for testing this problem than it is to brag on my connection.

Worked 3 times, then didn't work 3 times. The Verizon add was on the top of the page for the last 2 of the failed times, didn't notice what was on top the first time. This time, no add was on the top of the page.

I remember not too long back we were having some serious issues with ads and those users that were doing heavy ad-blocking were not experiencing the same issues that other users were having. Still not sure that is what's happening here, though.
If you have an adblocker installed, maybe turn it on and subscribe to some different filters to see if that stops the problem, and if it does fix things, please let us know so that we can take a look at the ads being displayed to determine which one is causing this.oz

Of the last 10 tries, I got a white box on 7 attempts when there was no add, 1x with a Galaxy tab add, and failed 2x when a Verizon ad was at the top of the page.
