I'm sure it's been discussed to exhaustion somewhere on the boards, but I didn't happen to see it...have you guys thought about maybe expanding to support *BSD system?...

We used to have a *BSD section back in the elitelinux.com days.. nobody really used it much, so it got canned.

As lordnothing said, we used to have a BSD forum section but there wasnt really enough demand for it in those days, but of course times do change.

i have never used bsd but it's not bad to add this section to the forum....(i know that it's painful for you jason).people who use bsd here in linuxforums should do a poll first to count how many they are...

I'd use it. I just moved my router from a smoothwall to OpenBSD. I also plan on doing some 'experimenting' with FreeBSD both on my desktop and on servers.
There is also a BSD geek lurking in IRC all the time (bsdunix). I'm sure he'd join in were we to add this forum.
