Anyone else annoyed with [url], [code], etc. behavior?
i can live with this, but i'm sometimes annoyed by how if you're in the middle of a post in between text and want to post a url or code by hitting either of the buttons at the top, it takes you to the end of the post. here's an example to clarify:
you're making a post. and you want to enter a url here:
but when you press the url button at the top, it puts [url] at the end of the post, even if the cursor isn't at the end, like so:blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah
<---- you want to enter a url here
blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah
is there a way to fix this? am i just crazy?blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah
<---- cursor is here
blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah [url] <---not where you want it

And this is an issue why? It's faster to simply type [url] yourself than to take your hands off the keyboard, move the mouse and click it.....

that's a very good point. i guess i'm the only one here who actually clicks the button? i dunno, for some reason it's easier for me to not have to type it out.

I think it's pretty annoying, which is why I always type out my tags, unless I don't know the syntax.

I've just learnt to type the tags by now.
If it is a FireFox/Mozilla problem we could mention it to them in there bugs list or whatever they have;
