View New Posts

Is there anyway to view threads posted to? Similar to "View posts since last visit(X)", but showing ALL threads. Or maybe even threads from just the past week?

LQ.org has a feature like this called "View New Posts", but it doesn't limit to the last time I came on. Sometimes I log on to their forums more than once a day, because I don't have time to check ALL the new posts in one shot.

This may or may not be related, but would it be possible to add a "mark all topics read" to the "Posts since last visit" screen? It would sure beat going into each individual section for posts I'm not interested in.
