I just noticed that and was about to post something in here about it, the date function works, for discrete references, but anything relative is off...

it could be the GMT offset that causes it but im not sure. We're using a standard phpBB mod that was in beta to do the "Today"/"Yesterday" text, i'll have a dig around to see if anyone other sites have this problem or if there is a fix for it.

hmm... well, I believe that I have the offset set right, and I didn't change anything when it appeared correctly, but I guess there's no need to fret over it, it's working now

my hardware clock is screwed up all the time thanks to various distro's tainting it, (FreeBSD, Debian etc), So I have to sync my clock with a time server.

Totally unrelated to the original post, but someone needs to move the big hand on the server clock up a few notches.
