Site Clock slow

Is there any special reason why the site clock is 17 minutes slow?
It's a little disconcerting,

17 mins? For me is 1hour and 18 mins out. Tho that could be a BST/GMT issue.

Yes I was allowing for BST/GMT, it's 1hr 17min for me too, it's the 17 mins that bothers me

probably something simple like a skewed time on the new server. Maybe jason will sort this when he gets home as it's simple enough *hint* hehe

Yeah, it's been about 15 to 17 minutes slow for at least the last month, or two.

...and it drives me nutty!

Sure wish someone would correct it - please...

I've noticed this for a long time. I just thought it was something with my computer.

That and nobody else had said anything.
Now I don't think about it anymore. At least not until I saw this post.

well, next time i see jasonlambert on the IRC channel, i will request he updates the system time, i have a feeling this is what's causing the skew. It wont fix posts that occurred during the skewed time, but will fix posts thereafter. *hopefully*

Jason, the fix must not have worked - it's still showing about 17 minutes off on this end.
