Specific languages topics (not forums)

I've read

All posts should be in English. - Opening the forums to multiple languages and creating seperate lingual forum sections has been discussed but we just dont have the resourses to moderate them accordingly at this time, thus all posts and replies should be in English.

rule and I absolutlelly realize that.

But what is about creating just one topic for a language that would be like a country linux usergroup where users could see their number, discuss some moments they did not understand in english language forum, could get help with translation of some technical terms they did not understand, etc?

the rules are not changing for the reason that was included on the rules page thanks for the suggestion though.
