I finally figured out how to turn notifications off. I was getting bombarded with emails everytime someone posted to a thread I had posted in.

Yes, Post notifications can be turned off and on from the user cp, that suits everyone, the people who do not like it can turn it off, Ozar's case, and people who like it can turn it on, everyone else's case.
