I was browsing the downloads section when I noticed that it said the following at the top,

Have I somehow been "upgraded"?

if you have more than a certain number of posts (I don't recall the number), then you are a trusted user for the downloads directory

Yes, your uploads are automatically accepted as a trusted user.
