Occasionally (and it's a rare case) one of the moderators will remove whatever posts were offensive and reopen a thread, but for the most part locking is permanent.

cuz sometimes when i look @ who replied last and it says a mods name ithink that sum1 repled cuz ifi didnt then sum1 else comes up...
