It's the same issue over and over
What's the possibility of creating a thread for stickying that discusses to new users how to create a Live-CD version of their Linux OS distribution?
It's about every three days I see a new user who put the .iso on the disc instead of its image.
If I created the thread, would somebody sticky it?

check Installation Forum. there are two or three stickies on this subject. problem is, new users do not search and read necessary articles, tutorials before posting.

Besides, most of the time the installation instructions that come with the image warn about this too. People seem to need to make those mistakes. It teaches them the value of reading
