well i was looking for a little(lots actually) help 2 yrs back when i wanted to try linux and this was the place i got all the help i needed to start my journey.
I didnt know what flavors were available and anythin of wat i needed to do to install it.started out with xubuntu as recommended , liked it and changed my primary os to ubuntu from windows.
well although i am still not as advanced as i'd like to be one day but i'm certainly hooked having tried out ubuntu,opensuse,knoppix,puppylinux,rhel5,backtrack .
Cleared my RHCE certification exam last year and now forward looking for a career in linux after my engineering.
Wouldnt have been possible without the help i got from this place.Thanks all u guys and the admin for the valuable advice and this wonderful place to start off.
