List of usernames on webpage

I was just wondering why there are some usernames listed on the bottom of the forums.

This is what appears at the bottom of the forums:

Currently Active UsersCurrently Active Users
There are currently 833 users online. 7 members and 826 guests
Most users ever online was 1,754, 10-20-2010 at 02:22 PM.

Why are those seven names listed?

When it says Currently Active Users in bold text, then there are usernames listed below that, those are the currently active users.
