As I am new here, I am not sure whether this has been suggested before, but here goes:
Could there be a separate dedicated section for distro suggestions? Perhaps with 2 subsections like new users coming from Windows and advanced/veterans?
Just a thought.

I just wanted to let you know that we have seen your post and it will probably be discussed for awhile among the Admins, Moderators and Trusted Penguins. So, we will let you know here, if anything gets decided one way or another. Again, thanks for your Input.

The forum admins have discussed your suggestion in the admin forum and we have decided not to add any new forums or sections at the current time, although such a section could be added at some point in the future.
