If Jason were to open up a forum for Xbox mods, he would very well have to open up a forum for every other conceivable device (PDAs, other game consoles, iPods, mobile phones). I really don't see this as a useful addition to the forums, IMO.
Might want to do some additional reading on additional forum suggestions.
