i also tried it and it's not working too....
yeah, its not deadly, it just means i gotta do a little more tricky fun stuff to get on the irc at work, JL is handling alot right now (by the sound of it moving several sites) and the web irc isnt what makes LFDO. Just havta forum-chat or RA...hmmm corner cutting...... anyone know a good text based irc client?
Unfortunatly there is something in the network acceptable usage policy that disallows IRC servers. As we're not actually hosting the server that may not be a problem, but im going to get in contact with the netadmins just to make sure.
If they give the go ahead to use CGI Irc then I'll rebuild apache with perl and get it setup again.
