How to install AVerMedia AVerTV GO 007 Plus-FM Plus

I am a total newbie. I installed Ubuntu two days ago.
I want to install AVerMedia AVerTV GO 007 Plus-FM Plus which is working perfectly in windows but i cant even find the driver for this in Ubuntu.
It is showing as saa7130 in Ubuntu.
How can i install it in Ubunutu.
Please tell me what to type in the terminal . I am willing to give as much information as you want.
