Installed HL2, gets to loading screen

s.h.a.r.p Just Joined! Join Date: Aug 2007 Posts: 14	Installed HL2, gets to loading screen I just installed Half Life 2 on my Kubuntu box and everything works great, but when hl2 loads it only gets to the loading screen that is supposed to be followed by the game menu, but it never gets that far. Anyone got any tips or know what there doing? Cuz I don't, haha, I'm newbish.
