Question Game to Learn System Administration

Is anyone aware of any games to learn system administration? Kind of like a SimCity, only for system administrators. Several games have evolved for pedagogical purposes (CyberCIEGE for learning security issues, SimSE for learning about different software development process models, etc.) but I haven't found any simulators for learning system administration skills.

If not, anyone feel like building one ?
