| Yes, I agree that Helix Player is perhaps better for Linux than Realplayer. However, I have another suggestion: why not use VLC? It opens practically everything, and does so with a minimum of fuss. It's not as glossy as Realplayer, but that makes it lighter and so I prefer it. Also, it comes complete with all the codecs you could ever dream of. You can download and install it using yum.
