no write permission on the installation directory

Hi guys,
I have a soldier of fortune version 1.04 game in a cd,when i insert the cd i get this message that
"An autorun file has been found on your 'media/cdwriter_mounted'. Do you want to execute it? "
'note that executing a file on a medium may compromise your system's security ''
Yes or No
Then if i click yes i get an error message that " Command 'setup.sh' not found."

Also when i navigate into the cd and click the setup.sh file there is a window coming where it shows path and other options but also after selecting the options i want there is another error saying "No write permission on the installation directory"

Don't know what to do can anyone help me with this?
sorry for my engish!

the error maybe due to the read-only mode of CD mount.
try copying the cd contents to a local drive and then executing setup.sh

if the local also read-only then trying changing permissions using chmod
