ALSA for Realtek

Hi!
I'm using Realtek HD sound card which seems to use snd_hda_intel driver.
The card has 6 jacks, which can be configured in Windows and 2 front jacks, which can't be configured. What I would like to do is to configure those 3 of 6 jacks to work as audio outputs. I have 3 speakers in Mic in/Line out/Line in, Windows has this nice app that can configure these 3 jacks to work all as Line outs, but couldn't find anything for linux.
I also have a problem with adobe-flash and other apps when it comes to sound, but this can be fixed if I use a code (I lost it) that redirects everything to master(even slave), but then some apps that had sound doesn't have sound.
Also I'm using alsaequal, but it doesn't seem to work.
Can someone help me to setup all this?

What distro and window manager are you using? Either way, you should use alsamixer which is a command line tool to configure sound. There are possibly switches and other things which can enable different features of your sound card.
