Using Xine for Realmedia files.
Is there an easy way to setup Xine such that it can view realmedia files? I'm getting errors "Error loading library: cook.so.6.0" and "Error loading library: drv3.so.6.0", when I try to play a realmedia file with gxine. Am I missing a codec? Is it possible to do this without emerging the realmedia-codecs package?

realmedia will require realmedia codecs, so I guess not.
Why not just emerge them?

Well.. I guess mainly because I read somewhere that there is a vulnerability bug outstanding for the realone/realplayer8. I guess that's why it was hard masked in the /usr/portage/profiles/package.mask?

Ah, it is masked!
Perhaps someone else will be along soon to sort it out, as I dunno what masked packages signify yet!
