Yahoo Launchcast under Linux: alternative solution
Yahoo Launchcast only supports Internet Explorer for Windows. Most solutions for Linux users on the web are in fact ways to run IE and WMP on Linux, such as Crossover or VMWare. There's an alternative and free solution: launchcast.pl plays Launchcast radio stations without using web browser. It's written in perl and works well with mplayer. It's possible because Yahoo Launchcast security is not very good. More info: http://playker.info/launchcast . Feel free to report bugs.
