Smile What Distro For Video Edit?

I'm a baby in the open source world - just got my CISCO IT Ess. 2 & looking to get a system appropriate for Video Editing. I make 'visuals' for clubs & am interested in effects etc. I'm thinking Cinelerra on Sidux for its hardware detection, or maybe PC/OS for the multitude of applications. Any idea -plz help!

Check this link in distrowatch for distributions made for video editing. I haven't tried any of those, since i don't do video editing. I use Ubuntu though, on which Ubuntu Studio is based and i find it great.
