    This could be really good news. I remember those job adverts for Steam. Since Counterstrike went to Steam it hasn't been available for Linux like it once was. There are a few open source 3D engines (largely spin offs of the various GPL'd Quake engines) that cover a lot of the games you'd see on Steam and it would be great to be able to play those games natively. Better to be able to run Steam and buy them that way.

    I run Quake Wars natively on Linux and it's great. It really does work flawlessly without any of the hackish feeling I had with some older Linux games. To have more of the same would be cool.
