sorry i didnt realise =(
When i try and install java runtime i get this message any one know what it means?

error: can't create transaction lock on /var/lip/rpm/__db.000
Any ideas?

please try this way :
gpgkey=file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY'
rm /var/lib/rpm/__db*
rpm --rebuilddb
