I play on a private server and have some Linux machines and was wondering if I could run Ultima Online on it..the versions are older though....

Can you get an older version of Ultima Online to work with Linux?

You might be able to run it on Linux if you run it under WINE:
WineHQ - Ultima Onlineoz

It totally works. I played it using WINE.
Even WOW works fine.
