Amarok 1.x Replacement
Does anyone know of a Media Player for Linux that will support my Sansa Fuze?
Amarok 1.x used to support it flawlessly, but now that Amarok 2.x is out, Media devices are not really supported, at least until Google's "Summer of Code" we won't be seeing any support either.

Hi Mike!
Some deft Google work led me to the Arch Forums...
Arch Linux Forums / Help transfering files to a SanDisk Sansa Fuze
Which then showed this page:
Sandisk Sansa View on Ubuntu Linux
I don't even own an mp3 player, so I don't have a clue if it'll work!

Hiya Jay!
Thanks for the links but I guess I should have clarified a little better. Amarok would allow you to transfer everything including album art/band/artist automagically, if you drag and drop, you only get MP3 and ID3 tags, unless you want to spend hours searching for album art, gimp the darn things. them copy them to this directory....blah blah blah,,,it sucks man, I want my amarok back!hehe Im spoiled to amarok 1.x, maybe I should just reinstall KDE 3.5.x and be done with it.I do not respond to private messages asking for Linux help, Please keep it on the forums only.

Amarok now has much better MTP support and the Sansa Fuze works again. It took me awhile to figure out how to use it since Amarok 2 is a completely new animal.
Amarok-2.1.1
