    Totem fails to play .flv file

    Hi folks,

    Fedora 12 64bit
    Totem movie player

    I have *.flv files download on Internet with "Download Youtube Videos + 2.1.3" and/or "DownloadHelper 4.7"

    Totem fails to play them. Warning;
    Code:
    ... following plugins are required;
    MPEG-4 AAC decoder
    H.264 decoder

    $ locate libflashplayer.so
    Code:
    /usr/lib64/flash-plugin/libflashplayer.so
    /usr/lib64/mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer.so
    $ sudo ln -s /usr/lib64/flash-plugin/libflashplayer.so /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer.so
    $ sudo ln -s /usr/lib64/flash-plugin/libflashplayer.so .mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer.so

    Still fails.

    Please advise how to fix the problem.

    Thread is well over 2 years old, so locking it down...

    Satimis, if you are still struggling with this after 26 months, don't hesitate to start a fresh thread with the details.

    Thanks!
