    Hello and welcome aboard?

You might need to give more info before anyone can help you.

    What distribution are you running?

Is your drive an external hard disk or a flash drive?

Have you tried mounting it manually?

What's on the drive? Have you partitioned and formatted it? Some information on your hardware and more details on the usb drive would be helpful.
