can't play music

when i tried to install the last link, i got this message:

warning: freshrpms-release-1-1.fc.fr.noarch.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID e42d547b

so what does this mean?

it just means it couldn't find the key for identifing it as genuine. Don't worry about it, the link is to the correct file, I checked.

as long as there was only that warning, no errors, then yes it did install it.

it didn't come up with any errors, but that's all that it displayed. usually when you install something there's a long list of stuff.

well i did what you said (yum install xmms.i386) and this is what happened:

setting up install process
setting up reop: base
cannot find a valid baseurl for repo: base

how do i uninstall the file?

well here is the problem... it recognizes my cdrw/dvd combo drive as:

/media/cdrecorder

so i changed it to :

/mnt/cdrom

and when i reboot, it changes it back to:

/media/cdrecorder2

and now i'm up to cdrecorder3

why does it do this?
